And here in lies one of the big challenges of the Klout team.  We are mathmaticians and engineers so we love how difficult what we are doing is.  The rest of the world doesn’t want to talk about engines and algorithms however.  We have had to learn entirely new ways to talk about what is we are doing.  It’s not about how hard it is but instead about how easily it can help our customers.
